It covers the full event lifecycle - from registration and ticketing through attendee engagement, networking, and sponsor management - in a single platform with a web-based organizer dashboard and a native iOS and Android attendee app. For organizers, key capabilities include: - Ticketing and registration - paid and free experiences with Open Enrollment or Registration Required modes; Stripe-powered ticketing with direct charges and automatic fee handling - Multi-track agenda builder - day-by-day, track-by-track schedules that publish to the attendee app and embed on any external website via iframe - Sponsorship management - a full sponsor module with package catalog, inventory control, member and non-member pricing, a public self-service reservation page, magic-link sponsor portal, custom questions, derived checklists with deadlines, benefit fulfillment tracking, and lead capture via attendee offer claims - Admission control - attendees self-scan a posted QR to enter, or staff scan attendee ticket QRs for controlled venue entry; separate from the stamp check-in system - Session RSVP with capacity limits - attendees reserve spots; organizers control session sizes - Real-time analytics - check-in counts, session popularity, leaderboard activity, sponsor engagement (impressions, taps, offer conversions) - Post-event surveys - with push notification reminders - Data export - CSV export, API, and webhooks; organizers export their own data at any time on the PRO plan For attendees, key capabilities include: - QR stamp check-in with GPS verification - each session and booth has a unique QR code; location is validated to prevent remote check-ins; attendees collect customizable digital stamps and build a visual passport tracking their event journey - Live leaderboard - rankings update in real time as attendees scan - Live agenda - multi-track schedule with track filters, live session indicators, and personal bookmarking - Vela AI networking - a multi-agent networking system where each attendee has a personal AI assistant; the assistants negotiate directly with each other to find the best time and place for a meeting, then surface the confirmed meeting to both attendees Rewards and gamification - organizers configure prizes based on stamp count or leaderboard rank; stamp icon and color are fully customizable per event.
