Event Design App is AI-powered 3D event design software built for the people who design, sell, and produce events: rental companies, event and wedding planners, venues, and AV and production teams. Built by the team behind Rentopian, the event rental software platform. Instead of starting from a generic object library or a blank grid, you design with your real inventory in the client's real space. Snap a photo of any product and AI turns it into a 3D model for your catalog. Generate a 3D venue from photos of the actual room, tent, or backyard, upload a floor plan and measure one wall while AI scales the rest, or import a true-to-scale Google aerial map for outdoor sites. Purpose-built tools cover the work event pros actually do: configure frame, pole, sailcloth, and high-peak tents with mix-and-match sidewalls; build modular stages with an automatic parts list and railing safety alerts; and shape custom pipe and drape, ceiling drapes, and backdrops. Then sell the design. Create photorealistic AI renders, export PDF, PNG, or video walkthroughs, share a 3D link clients can explore, and embed a view-only design on your website. Everything runs in the browser on laptops, tablets, and phones, with no downloads and no CAD training. Free, Plus, and Pro plans are available, with monthly AI credits on paid plans. The Event Design App Academy, Help Center, and live chat support make onboarding fast.
