I’ve used a lot of event apps, many of which have been very hard to figure out or even froze and crashed my phone.

ConnexMe was straightforward to access and use, and it works as expected! Aside from the usual agenda, attendee list, speaker list and so on, the slide sharing and collaborative tools were particularly noteworthy in helping me better understand what was being presented.

App set up was so simple and using the interactive features required no additional hardware or software, and in fact just about everything during the live event was controlled from my smartphone with usually a click or two. We were striving for an engaging event that got people involved and the way we were able to use the live slide-sharing, polling and Q&A kept the energy up. Speakers were delighted with the app as it was so simple to manage their polls (word cloud, quiz, ...).
