Recommendations to others considering Evenium: Definitely take advantage of their customer service and option to hire one of their techs to be on hand during the event. There weren't any issues with my audience using the app but if there had been, I wouldn't have had to worry about it. My event is small, around 200 people, but this app really helped to encourage a sense of community with the interactive polls and questions to presenters. I’ve used a lot of event apps, many of which have been very hard to figure out or even froze and crashed my phone. ConnexMe was straightforward to access and use, and it works as expected! Aside from the usual agenda, attendee list, speaker list and so on, the slide sharing and collaborative tools were particularly noteworthy in helping me better understand what was being presented. App set up was so simple and using the interactive features required no additional hardware or software, and in fact just about everything during the live event was controlled from my smartphone with usually a click or two. We were striving for an engaging event that got people involved and the way we were able to use the live slide-sharing, polling and Q&A kept the energy up.
