Honestly the biggest thing for me is that people actually respond. We were doing email blasts before and maybe 20% of our members would even open them. With Evant we send a text and within a few minutes people are replying. The setup wasn't complicated and when I had questions someone actually got back to me. Best customer service. I needed to get set up and send a text all in one day - and on a Sunday! - and any time I ran into a question, I just whatsapped with Evant.
