Evandsys is an all-in-one business-management and e-invoicing software for freelancers and very small businesses. It combines a CRM (clients and contacts), quotes and orders, Factur-X electronic invoicing, e-reporting and document management in a single place. Its promise: make France's 2026/2027 e-invoicing reform effortless. Compliance is built in through an approved platform (PDP), so you invoice as usual while compliant transmission happens behind the scenes. Deliberately "anti-ERP" - everything you need, nothing you don't. French vendor, hosted in France, with an in-house AI assistant (no data sent to third parties) and zero tracking cookies. Usage-based pricing: free setup, then EUR 19/month (excl. VAT) charged only when you issue your first invoice, automatic suspension after two months without invoicing, no commitment. And when you have a question, you email the founder directly.
