Evalyso is a carbon accounting software platform designed for European SMEs and mid-market companies. It helps organizations calculate and manage their greenhouse gas emissions across Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 in alignment with the GHG Protocol, while supporting companies preparing for CSRD-related sustainability reporting or responding to client and stakeholder requirements.
Evalyso automates a large part of the carbon footprint workflow. Users can enter activity data for Scopes 1 and 2, upload invoices and financial documents for Scope 3, and the platform extracts relevant fields using AI, identifies suppliers and dates, and classifies spending into the 15 official Scope 3 categories. Emission factors such as ADEME Base Carbone®, DEFRA and EPA datasets are applied to generate estimates and emissions totals. All data is processed and hosted in the EU with encryption and GDPR-compliant controls.
The platform provides dashboards showing total emissions, evolution over time, category breakdowns and indicators relevant for internal decision-making, regulatory alignment or communication with banks, customers, and partners. Companies typically use Evalyso to build a structured GHG inventory, prepare sustainability documentation, support CSRD readiness, or monitor their environmental performance over time without relying entirely on external consultants.
Key capabilities include:
• automated invoice extraction and Scope 3 categorization
• activity-based and spend-based emission methodologies
• structured GHG inventory covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3
• CSRD-ready downloadable reports and shareable secure links
• dashboards, historical comparison and variation insights
• EU-only hosting, encryption, GDPR compliance and audit trail
• multilingual interface (French / English)
Evalyso is developed by Atlas Advisory OÜ and follows recognized standards including the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and GHG Protocol Value Chain (Scope 3). It is designed to make carbon reporting more accessible, operational and data-driven for organizations that need clarity, speed and structure in their emissions reporting processes.
