I also like that it is intuitive, and when I demonstrate how to use the software to my colleagues, most of the changes I make can be reversed after the demonstration. Update: I have since found that Evalato offers unlimited testing, while the paid plans climb gradually: Grow from 2,500 EUR to 4,500 EUR depending on volume, Pro at 5,500 EUR, and Enterprise for custom needs. The platform brings applications, submissions, and evaluation into one place, reducing our administrative burden and allowing us to focus on the quality of the research. The interface is intuitive, the workflow is logical, and tracking submissions in real time has been invaluable. Highly recommended for any organisation running a competition or awards programme. Evalato's support team is amazing - they are very responsive. Kalin, the success manager that helped us in our shaky start in Evalato really helped us not only navigate the system but also customize our program in Evalato. We appreciate the virtual meetings that allowed us to freely ask our questions and even get visual demonstration of Evalato's feature. We also highly appreciate Evalato's consideration of our status as an NGO during the purchasing of the license. While it is a bit overwhelming to learn at first, the question mark cues at some features in Evalato that shows a short explanation of what it does has been really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Evalato? Dislike is too strong but Evalato does not have an option to break a form into different pages. This means that if the application form is long, the user will have to grapple with scrolling all the way down the page to answer all the questions or link/upload all the required documentation - just like our case with the upcoming architecture price we are trying to put up. This is a little overwhelming from the user's perspective. It would great if there is that option. While Evalato operates with tiered pricing models and we eventually got a discount, I would still say that Evalato is quite pricey for small NGOs or scientific/research groups. We are still in the beginning phases of the WoodPoP Dara Award, but after testing this for almost 2 weeks, I will say that it will make the submission and application processes, the quality control process of the submissions, and most importantly, the judging and eventual hall of fame creation of our award easier for us. We have been using the platform for our annual national D&I project competition. It works very well, handled around 300 projects with many categories, types of jurors and so on. We had a project with quite many different, atypical components. We found solutions to every particular element of the project. The team is super responsive, and if you don't find in the vast documentation available the answer, then you definitely get fast, super fast help from Evalato team.
