Eval and go is a really great tool and easy to use but I find that there are many free alternatives in the marketplace that I can use just as well and have just as good results. **What do you dislike about Eval&GO?** The cost is a big negative in my opinion as I mentioned above there are many free options in the marketplace they do the same thing the lack one or two options that this particular service does provide. But those little differences are not worth the justification and price. **Recommendations to others considering Eval&GO:** My recommendation is to trial a bunch of similar services and see which one best suits your needs **What problems is Eval&GO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Feedback from our clients on our performance to better streamline ### 2. Underwhelming Experience **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2019 **What do you like best about Eval&GO?** Very sleek design and great analytic potential here, which together make for a clean and efficient experience, despite many hiccups along the way. **What do you dislike about Eval&GO?** Our HR department found that, despite the analytic abilities and attractively-crafted product, Eval&Go goes a little over the top with the quality of image and style and underwhelms with actual content. Price-wise, it's better to go with freeware at this point. **What problems is Eval&GO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are no longer using the product, but while we did our team found a great deal of benefits mostly from the analytical details you can draw from the data, through a vast array of charts and spreadsheets after surveys have been received, as well as the ability to reach out and follow up on an individual basis through the system after results have been analyzed. ### 3. Easy to navigate as you create questions and perform follow up with your audience. **What do you dislike about Eval&GO?** Very low threshold for what you get for free- charging $25 per user per month is your only option if you have more than one user. Not scale-able for large populations. Especially given the tools are not all that special or unique. **Recommendations to others considering Eval&GO:** Use at low volumes- it's free and has all the tools you need with a small population. But consider some other competitors if you need higher response rates. **What problems is Eval&GO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Patient feedback- we contracted out our survey and evaluation programs to the lowest bidder, but eventually we could not agree on enterprise pricing with Eval&GO. ### 4. It isn't super difficult to use and it allows reviews to be completed in a short and timely manner. **What do you dislike about Eval&GO?** It is a bit tough to get used to in the beginning but that quickly fades away as you navigate the system. **Recommendations to others considering Eval&GO:** It is a great program, worth trying out and seeing for yourself! I would recommend using it for sure! **What problems is Eval&GO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved problems by getting valuable and honest feedback. Customers are able to reply and leave feedback.
