eva (Event Visitor Analytics) is a camera-based visitor analytics service for exhibition stands. It is offered to exhibitors, stand builders, event agencies and event organisers at trade shows, congresses and exhibitions worldwide. Most exhibitors know how many people became leads. Far fewer know how many people passed the stand, how many came in, how long they stayed, or which parts of the stand held their attention. Badge scans, meetings and staff feedback only describe a fraction of the event. eva measures the rest. Cameras are placed with the stand structure so they capture activity without becoming the exhibit, and existing cameras can be used where angle, resolution and connectivity allow. Video is analysed live at the event. No footage is recorded or archived, and video is never uploaded to the eva cloud. The cloud dashboard receives anonymous analytics only: counts, dwell, zones, journeys, heatmaps and engagement. eva does not identify visitors and is not a people database. A label such as "Visitor 0284" identifies one anonymous visit, not a person, and a journey ends when that visitor leaves. What eva measures: • Passer-by traffic, stand entries and occupancy • Unique visitors as anonymous visit counts • Dwell time on the stand and in each zone • Heatmaps, hot and cold zones, and visitor paths • Anonymous visitor journeys from entry to exit • Engagement rate and engagement funnels, from passer-by to entry, attention and interaction • Product, demonstration and staff interactions • Hour-by-hour activity • Like-for-like comparison across days, layouts and events During the show, the live dashboard shows when the stand fills and clears, so staffing and demo times can follow the crowd. Afterwards there is an event report for stakeholders, plus exportable data that can sit alongside leads and spend in the team's own analysis. Zone divisions and metric definitions are recorded on the first deployment and reused, so the next event is measured on the same basis and a new layout or staffing plan can be judged on evidence. eva is delivered as a managed service in six steps: plan, configure, install, calibrate, measure and learn. Each deployment is scoped by stand size, number of zones, camera count and event duration.
