The AI department at MTS partnered with EVA to work on a machine-learning powered, automation solution for Human Capital Management. The EVA.ai team developed for us a predictive model to facilitate our business planning and strategic decision-making regarding employees’ tenure, termination, fraud and performance. EVA.ai helped us source and manage programmatically 120 data points coming from CV analysis, chatbot conversation, HRMS-related performance data and employee behavioural surveys. The lists of candidates and employees recommended by the AI really helped us uncover interesting findings and predictions from data correlations were actually concretely applicable for employees behaviour analysis purposes and when it comes to using this predictive model to shortlist future talent from external applicant sources.
