They have introduced me and my organization to the HR tools of the future, and I'm happy to be involved in the process. The only downside to the technology is that it can be difficult for people to grasp, which in turn takes explaining and guiding. The Eva team is very helpful in this regard, though. What do you dislike about EVA.ai? Since my admission as Roster Consultant, I've never been contacted to perform a job. Then, I expected Eva to notify me whenever my expertise was requested.
