Then, I expected Eva to notify me whenever my expertise was requested. The EVA.ai team developed for us a predictive model to facilitate our business planning and strategic decision-making regarding employees’ tenure, termination, fraud and performance. EVA.ai helped us source and manage programmatically 120 data points coming from CV analysis, chatbot conversation, HRMS-related performance data and employee behavioural surveys. The lists of candidates and employees recommended by the AI really helped us uncover interesting findings and predictions from data correlations were actually concretely applicable for employees behaviour analysis purposes and when it comes to using this predictive model to shortlist future talent from external applicant sources. **What do you dislike about EVA.ai?** Gathering and cleaning our own historical data were somehow tedious processes but once these were done EVA.ai delivered the output really efficiently. **What problems is EVA.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Productivity Effectiveness ### 18.
