I would love to be able to manage print properties remotely. I cannot even open and see printer properties via remote device management. One of the integrated things we do often is sending files between computers with SMB, it would be nice if this was built-in to the interface like clipboard access. I can remote to PC's by host name or IP address but the best part is you can actually remote to the PC and run commands in the command line without the user knowing (without disturbing the user) I use it to run commands, check who is logged into the PC, get network information and more!" One aspect I dislike is that to achieve truly comprehensive proactive monitoring and management—a complete RMM solution—you need to integrate additional EasyVista modules. EV Reach is an all-in-one program. The application provides excellent coverage with a list of features which any user can take advantage of to provide excellent service. The installation of the program is seamless and very easy. The Customer Support provided by the EV team is unmatched and allows for users to freely connect with them to solve problems and any issues faced.
