Eunomart is an anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance software for art market, luxury and auction professionals, such as galleries, dealers, art advisors and auction houses, including vehicle and horse auctioneers. It covers the full AML/CFT workflow: business-wide risk assessment, policies and procedures, client due diligence, object and transaction risk assessment, and record keeping. The software automates KYC document collection and screens clients and beneficial owners against sanctions and asset freeze lists, politically exposed persons (PEP) lists, high-risk countries and adverse media. Each object (artworks, antiques, luxury goods, vehicles, horses) and each transaction is assessed on its own risk factors, and the combined client, object and transaction risk determines the appropriate due diligence measures. The legal logic behind risk rules and due diligence workflows was designed by specialized AML law firms for each country covered (France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland). These firms monitor regulatory changes and keep the workflows up to date. Through its API, Eunomart connects to business software (CRM, inventory, accounting) to create AML/CFT client files automatically, without double data entry. A dedicated human support team helps users get started with the software and provides regular follow-up. Eunomart also includes team collaboration with an audit trail and regulator-ready exports.
