Doesnt offer customer portal like most of its competitors and the customer service is terribe. We've been charged/invoiced incorrectly multiple times and when we finally decided to leave they refused any kind of refund despite us agreeing it in our contract extension and didnt act in good faith at all. No wonder most customers are leaving them in droves. I dont usually write reviews but feel the need to warn others. Use at your own risk! **What problems is ETZ Timesheets solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is timesheets software for agencies. ### 2. Very effective. And made our process flow more smoothly. **What do you dislike about ETZ Timesheets?** I really don’t have much to say that I dislike about this product. **What problems is ETZ Timesheets solving and how is that benefiting you?** Went from paper time sheets to this product. It saved a lot of extra time that was wasted on the paper time sheets. ### 3.
