I loved hearing how EtQ can be used for predicting quality events. The link from the manufacturing floor to continuous improvement is undenyable. The event location was comfortable and I met with some great contacts. Food was great and the event topics were perfect! What do you dislike about Octave Reliance (ETQ Reliance)? The training sessions held were for the IT crowd. I would have loved to have attended a training session for Quality/CI users. It would have been great to see how others are using each module to bring ideas back to the plant. Would you consider bring this type of training in addition to the IT training in the future? Please consider those companies who are green to EtQ. I am a newer user, and I have not found it easy to add information. I still have many "required" drop down menus that are blank. Its frustrating to have to stop the reporting to find someone who knows how to add the menus. As a platform lead @RRD, it will be my responsibily to train others and get folks excited to use the system. I feel like some fields (drop dowm menus) could be prepopulated. If you need access to SQL or Reliance Engine and backend access in PROD, do not go to NXG versions. NXG supports only web service as a connection profile. which will not work in many scenarios.
