What do you like best?

I love the platform ETQ provides for easy workflow/process customization solutions along with its' super easy End User interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Customizing the layout spacing on version 10 and older could be better suited if it were easier to adjust for field alignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Please request a eference call/webex with a current company using ETQ in your field. I have hosted many of these for other companies and believe it adds great context value for potential users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

ETQ has improved our ability to reduce paper usage, track process flows, and centralize documentation. Third Party Audit duration has drastically reduced due to the quick access ability to find the requested audit documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Varied Quality Management System related business processes have been introduced in modules. Ease of use for the business user of every department in the QMS area. Rapid releases of fixing the bugs and removing dated functionality to introduce new functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Minimal out of the box functionality that is usable end to end. One has to really customize this software for it really bring value to business processes. The Support is average at time below average service. Their focus is on the implementation configuration services (additional cost). Unlike the advertisement that the software is user ready and no IT support or help needed. It is not really the case. The business folks are usually not SQL, JAVA and Python proficient. So, inevitable, either one is preparing for building an EtQ developers team inhouse within business or IT OR pay additional cost for their implementation services. . Building an inhouse team is a nightmare due to many reasons; they do not share the source code/baseline, it is very specialized tool so big learning curve, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pre-built modules state of readiness will depend on each individual company and is designed this way. ETQ feels every company has unique processes to achieve their level of quality. Our customers appreciate this flexibility as a strength compared to the competition that is more rigid and can not adapt to each companies' uniqueness.

While ETQScript is a bit like coding, a company doesn't have to use it to have their system configured. Many customers just use our code-less designer to do their configurations.
