It was very helpful for us and made our tasks to finish easily. It can perform a range of tasks from handling data sources to handling complex transformations and that too with so much ease!!!! We have been loving using it for its easy usage and implementation. I had to also mention this, their automation features are really useful, It made our lifes easier :) **What do you dislike about ETL Framework?** I would say the only thing I didn't like is that the initial setup was quite hard for beginners as the ui is not very direct. Also, I would recommend improving the time the customer support take to solve an issue. **What problems is ETL Framework solving and how is that benefiting you?** This ETL Framework is really useful for us in dealing with data integration, transformation, and automation. We use these on daily basis because it is helping us in reducing human errors and it is saving us a lot of time as we are automating. ### 2.
