## About Etisia Appointment Reminders
Etisia is an SMS appointment-reminder service for small service businesses that run their day on Google Calendar: salons and barbers, clinics and physios, personal trainers, tutors, consultants, and any team that books clients by phone, text or in person. After Google Calendar is connected and a client's phone number is added to the event, Etisia sends the reminder text automatically at the chosen time. Every message can carry a secure one-tap cancellation link, so a client who cannot make it frees the slot instead of not turning up. Delivery logs show what was sent and when, quiet hours stop late-night texts, and weekly stats arrive by email. Etisia does not replace anything: the existing booking flow, calendar and website stay as they are, clients receive a normal SMS and install nothing, and setup takes about a minute. Forgetting is the most common reason for a missed appointment. A Cochrane systematic review found SMS reminders improve attendance compared with no reminder, with an effect comparable to phone-call reminders (Gurol-Urganci et al., 2013); how far a given no-show rate falls depends on why clients miss appointments. Plans start at $12 per month billed yearly with 100 SMS a month, and an extra 50-SMS pack costs $12 when the monthly SMS run out. New accounts get 50 free SMS with no credit card, then pick a plan, and every purchase has a 14-day refund window.
