They are honest, hardworking, and definitely go above and beyond as a standard. Doesn't matter what software or how big you engagement is, you will get the same level of professionalism and service. **What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?** The only thing I can think of is that everyone seems to be catching on to how great Ethosystems consultants are - I can't always schedule immediate time with specific consultants, but most will go out of their way to shoot me a quick message back if they are onsite with a client or out of town and when they can connect, even if it is off hours, which I greatly appreciate. **Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:** I always encourage shopping around...in this case I know you will be back. You will not find more knowledgeable, collaborative, honest consultants anywhere. I have come back time and time again with various employers and my teams always agree that Ethosystems is by far the best consultant and implementation team to work with. **What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to streamline and upgrade multiple operational streams into a single reporting solution with minimum disruptions to teams. Ethosystems helped us evaluate our current systems and integrations and develop a comprehensive, fluid plan for upgrading, implementing, training, and syncing all of our needs into one solution that allows seamless reporting across all operational areas and teams while preserving the ability to analyze a single line of detail on the fly. As we migrate from Sage 300CRE to Sage Intacct, from Procore to Sage CM, from Paperless to Titanium and reimagining our Hyphen integration instance, we have found ourselves working with a true team of professionals who have decades of exprience in all of these systems and more. Ethosystems has been able to address all of our requests and develop solutions WITH us, not just FOR us, and it has made all of the difference in our implementation. I have full confidence in our Ethosystems implementation team - For Sage Intacct and all of our integrations Laura is absolutely amazing - as full of ideas as she is patient, incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to work with as our implementation lead; and Wendy, who has provided us with options to consider and multiple ways of using the Sage CM system to acommodate all of our project types and methodologies to make our cutover from Procore a success. In addition there is a host of others assisting in the background to work with data, training, reporting needs and integrations with third parties that I am sure are responsible for the success we have had with Ethosystems. We are expecting to go live in about 6 weeks and I am fully confident we will go live as planned and without issues or last minute problems simply because Ethosystems has shown that they are managing the schedule, the 3rd party consutants, and our own team making decisions and performing tasks timely to maintain the schedule. ### 3.
