I have worked with Ethos at my last employer before coming to P3.  I have always had quick responses and everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful and knowledgable.

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

I haven't run into any issues with working with Ethos.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Sage 300 for quite some time and Ethos helped clearing out a lot of old data in Job Cost, Accounts Payable, General Ledger etc...Robyn was very proficient in her knowledge in getting the task completed quickly and efficiently.

There is always the best service. I set an appt with Robyn and she is always so quick and efficient. She has been a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to continued communication.

I have never had a negative encounter that I can speak of.

I would definitely say try it so that you can really understand how to make your business life easier.

I am setting up a 401K and help with creating the spreadsheet needed and set up

I appreciate their use of the Scheduler so I can easily book time with Robyn without a lot of back and forth to agree on a time.

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

We have only just started working with ETHOSystems, but there is nothing I dislike yet!

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has just started working with ETHOSystems this week but Robyn has already fixed a handful of issues over a couple 30 minute calls. Her confidence and competency with Sage is impressive and it was refreshing to finally work with a consultant that understood our issues/goals and immediately knew how to address them! 
We described an issue we were having with exporting information to our company's proprietary software and she developed a custom crystal report that afternoon and had us testing it the same day.

I would have to say their availability. Whether it is calling them or emailing them, I get a person very quickly

I've only had great experiences with ETHOSystem support and so I have nothing negative to say

Through the systems that I've gotten support on (SAGE 300 and MyAssistant), I don't think you can go wrong with the professionalism and expertise there able to provide.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On one issue, we needed assistant with updating our employee pay stub to incorporate new information.

They provided assistance to us when we were updating our invoice report

I was developing a new spreadsheet in MyAssistant and it was pretty involved. I contacted ETHOSystem several times to help me with issues I was having

I don't know anything about EthoSystem but i do know the report created by Pam Schultz should get us a return on our WC premiums. We do not have those results yet.

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

I'm not familiar but was able to work with what was provided to us.

**Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:**

Again, i don't know about the system but i do know Pam Schultz has been beyond helpful with this project and i would refer her to everyone need help, no question about it!

Converting our hours worked to CA Labor Laws so we can receive the credit on WC audit for the in excess OT

Our contact is very knowledgeable about all the areas within Sage and has been able to answer all of our questions.

I haven't had a bad experience yet and we're usually able to get an appointment very quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:**

Ethosystems is a great support to our software. We are always able to make appointments quickly and get knowledgeable advice and training on the product.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AR Aging and Transaction Types - Sage is not always a straightforward system and pulls data based on different parameters. Robyn helped us understand the different parameters and how that effects the reports we pull.

I like that it links all aspects of the job together including payroll

The helpdesk does not understand how to fix most issues because every company is different, so some of the beginning training wasn't sufficient enough to get us started without hands on training.

Do a hands on experiment with the system itself to make sure it's the right fit for your company.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ETHO systems helps solve our reporting issues, but you have to manually create them, so their is huge benefits if you can create the correct reports and job costing.

Their ability to provide the answers to all my questions. And also, quickly respond when I have a question.

Training classes don't recur often enough.

**Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:**

Plan your base information such as chart of accounts, payroll deductions and equipment number sequences with future expansion in mind.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed some additional training on Sage 100 and the ETHOSystems Team was able to provide detailed instructions and process best practices. Also needed some special reports written and the ETHOSystems Team worked with us to get the information we needed.

Access to help.  I know that no matter what the issue, I can click on Robyn's calendar and find time for us to talk and go through the problems.

No downsides so far!! Been using them for 5 years now!

Regarding any issues we have with our Sage software, whether it be reporting, functionality, errors, yearly udpates, etc., Robyn from ETHOS always solves it and makes my life as the Office Manager easier!!!

The upside of using ETHOSystems is that they are very knowledgeable with Sage Software.

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

The platform to connect with ETHOSystems is a bit clunky - or at least it is for me.  I'd prefer to call and set an appointment after talking it out and figuring how much time it would take to correct my problem.

I don't like the fact that you are charged for setting up an appointment on the calendar.

**Recommendations to others considering ETHOSystems:**

If you need answers - and Sage knowledge base isn't helping, contact ETHOSystems - they will get you straightened out.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ETHOSystems helps me with Year End and updating Sage for the new year. Robyn is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The technical knowledge was impressive and helped us navigate the system confidently. Easier and more knowledgeable to work with than Help Desk.

While his expertise was clear, we did experience some time limitations from his schedule and our hours of operation. With that said, Jeremy remained professional and approachable, and his guidance was instrumental in getting us through the process.

Overall, Jeremy brought a solid understanding of the system and was a valuable resource during a critical phase of implementation.

Working with Jeremy from ETHOSystems was a positive experience. His deep technical and system knowledge really stood out throughout the accounting software integration process. Shantal is always available to help with any questions I had with the system/software. She's patient and took the time to explain and make sure I understood whatever the issue at hand was. I ask for assistance far less frequently these days, as she does her job very well.

I love that we have access to someone who is a wizard in Sage, and no matter what the problem is they know how to fix it.

I cannot say there is anything that I do not like, everytime there is an issue we can resolve it.

I would say, utilize the people who are there to help, it is so worth it as you learn new things as you go.

They have helped with reallocating payments, teaching us about features that are almost hidden.

I love how they invite people like me who sometimes don't understand a function of Sage, and they are abole to resolve your issue.

I would highly recommend anyone using Sage 100 Contractor to sign up with ETHOSystems. It is a great tool for someone not as familar with Sage and even someone that has used it for years.

EthoSystems helped solve issues with the regular updates to our Sage Software. They helped with questions on year end tasks and how to utilized accounts receivables much better.

The depth of the knowledge of their team and the ability to work through challenges is impressive.

Honestly did not have a issues with ETHOSystems, no complaints at all.

Once you find a Consultant that you connect with, stay with them.  I have not had a bad experience with anyone I have worked with, but my favorite two people with EthosSystems is Sharon Warren and Tony Merry.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EthosSystems provided assistance with setting up my Sage CR300, transferring data into the program, troubleshooting and providing training.  Our consultant, Sharon Warren is amazing, I would recommend her to everyone.

Everything from year end updates to report writing to troubleshooting.  I know longer call Sage for technical support because half of the time they are unable to solve my problem.  When I contact Robyn I know she will be able to resolve my problem.

I would say the cost, although everything comes with a cost.

Request Shantal and make sure you use the resources available because it is so helpful!

Support helps with any issues, reporting, tasks that need corrected. They are dependable, extremely knowledgeable!  Offer free instruction, classes on how to improve your knowledge and skills for utilizing Sage 300.

I dont have any dislikes with Ethosystems.

Highly recommend using them for any issues regarding Sage 300 extremely knowledgeable!

Missing payroll check not in the system.  How to correct if happens again.

The people!  They know what they're doing and they know how to talk to us in ways we'll understand.

There's a cost to everything - and not small costs either.  But that could be a Sage thing too.

Everyone I've encountered has been great - they understand the urgency, they're smart, they're helpful, they're friendly, they follow up to ensure you're taken care of, I could go on and on.

**What problems is ETHOSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently helped us solve a payroll system issue - the day we were set to run payroll!  The sense of urgency was recognized and they fixed our problem and gave us immediate attention.  They've also helped with training on new processes, and we're currently working on an upgrade.

Response time is great.   Our consultant is always able to get answers and resolve our problems.

**What do you dislike about ETHOSystems?**

I don't like not having a representative for upgrading or adding licensing at the local level like before.  I really loved having presentations and someone we can call to add or remove licensing locally.

Nothing at this time.   Our software is up to date and does not present a problem

ETHOSystems is a friendly hands on assistant, navigating in real time, allowing me to watch as she addressed my issue and solved the issue with excellent ease.

ETHOSystems at this current time I can't find a "dislike", scheduled time for help and coming through with excellence!

Reliable and easy to follow along. Can count on the provider to have many open slots for sessions and communciations.

Sessions can sometimes go offpath of the intended course.

Definitely! Worth the money and the time. Get's everyone within the Company on the same page insofar as expectations and accountability within projects.

Project budgeting and updating exsiting project budgets to more acccurately reflect Project Actuals and for Feedback Loop Information at projects' end. PM accountability and responsibilites within Sage. References for PMs to use for project accuracy and reporting.

Whether it be a smaller or bigger issue, Jeremy has always been extremely helpful with simplifying everything for us.

We have mainly worked with Jeremy Warner from ETHOSystems on smaller projects, but this year he helped us with a bigger transition. He was super helpful and made the transition smoother for us.

I use custom crystal reports a lot, and can never figure out how to edit them or add something new.  Robyn always knows how to help me, and is able to walk me through each process in a way I can understand.

Jeremy Warner - he is great.  took his time creating my new reports.  And asked questions about how I wanted it spaced.  A lot of cosmetic questions which I appreciated.

Off hand, I can't think of anything.  It's user friendly

We normally get a response and help within 24 hours.

Sometimes feels like we are not given the right consultant for our question.

Ethos has helped us use the Myassistant software to its fullest. They also help with report design, crystal reporting and contract-based billing. Their support helps us by not having to spend countless hours of research to get to our end result.

At times, it can be difficult to schedule time with an expert as they are extremely busy.

I have worked with SAGE for about 25 years at 2 different Companies.  I have never had any other Company come close to what John (my SAGE Certified Consultant w/ ETHOSystems) and ETHOSystems has been able to help me with.

ETHOSystems helps me with any complicated entries that need to be made.  They have also created a ton of custom reports that make my job a lot easier.

No downsides. We think they offer a valuable service for us and our accounting software needs.

Ethos Systems is a great partner for our company. We use Sage 100 Contractor and they are always available to answer questions or help with issues that we have. They also offer training - refresher courses that are very helpful and also keep you up to date with new software  upgrades and any new functions that may be available. I highly recommend Ethos Systems!

Ethosystems is very responsive. I like that we have a person at Ethosystems (Robyn) that we can contact directly for assistance.

With our initial setup we would have benefited from more training.

Ethosystems is our support provider for Sage 300RE software. It is easy to schedule time with Robyn Brimhall at Ethosystems and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We recently had to update credentials for users with the Admin person no longer here. Robyn guided me step by step through the process, and patiently worked with me to do month end closings and other procedures.

I’ve been with my current employer for three years, and during this  time we've relied on Ethos for SAGE support. Our representative, Robyn, is highly knowledgeable, not only with SAGE 300, but also in construction accounting processes

I personally haven’t encountered any issues with Ethos. When I’ve needed support outside of Robyn’s scope, she’s always  recommends the appropriate contact
