The helpdesk does not understand how to fix most issues because every company is different, so some of the beginning training wasn't sufficient enough to get us started without hands on training. ETHO systems helps solve our reporting issues, but you have to manually create them, so their is huge benefits if you can create the correct reports and job costing.
