Pricing issue.

In the past, we have been able to lock in the annual subscription fee for 2 years (or more) but it is no longer the case in the recent years (price increase per year).

Now that the pandemic is over and that the economy is stabilized, we hope that we will be able to keep the same subscription fee for the 2026 renewal.

I'd like to see the platform to provide more inside of each survey questions, such as regulatory requirement from various countries, and recommendation for corrective action based upon supplier's response. False alerts can be frequent, and the platform currently doesn’t allow for adjusting the matching threshold percentage. That said, their remediation services have been a helpful way to manage this.
