EthicsPortal is whistleblower software for EU organisations. It provides a whistleblowing channel for receiving reports, communicating with reporters and managing cases. Features include anonymous reporting, encrypted two-way messaging, case assignments, deadline tracking for 7-day acknowledgements and 3-month feedback, configurable retention, PDF case exports, custom categories, branding, QR codes, single sign-on and SCIM provisioning. Core report data is hosted on Hetzner in Germany. Pricing is EUR 60 per month billed monthly or EUR 500 per year billed annually, excluding VAT, with no per-employee fees.
