The dashboard that ComplianceLine has for the hotline calls is an easy way to at a glance to know where you are with the current volume of calls. Customer service is extremely responsive by email, phone, or video. The system itself is easy to implement and provides a reliable incident logging process. 2. The built-in reporting functions.

Some areas that we have had to address:

1. Insuring they contact the right person in order for calls (this was resolved though).

2. Updating calls when there is a field that contained the wrong symbol (ie. comma and no text). This bug disrupted our system but it too got resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
