We switched to complianceline for our sanction checks and are saving $10k / year. Their product is easy to use, and their staff is super helpful whenever we have a question or run into an issue. At first it took a bit of getting used to (as with any new product), especially since bulk lists needed to be uploaded in csv format. But now I find it super easy to use. The dashboard that ComplianceLine has for the hotline calls is an easy way to at a glance to know where you are with the current volume of calls. What do you dislike about Ethico? The numbering of hotline calls is a little confusing but not a big issue. ComplianceLine has been great to work with on improvement ideas. ComplianceLine has enabled us to report more information, due to the information they capture, in our Compliance and Audit Committee reporting. Customer service is extremely responsive by email, phone, or video. The system itself is easy to implement and provides a reliable incident logging process. What do you dislike about Ethico? Honestly, I have little I dislike. Some of the graphics are slightly dated, but that's not what I'm getting a program like this for! Would like to see an expansion of languages. While there are many languages available, our culture and location have a lot of Tagalog-speaking, Chinese-speaking and Japanese-speaking people.
