**What do you like best about Etherpad?**

It has an extension of functionalities through plugins to customize the environment (reporting, generating task lists). Etherpad runs on Linux, requires no installation or servers of its own, collaborative editing is stable even when several users are connected, and there's no risk of losing information because it saves previous versions of all annotations.

**What do you dislike about Etherpad?**

I still keep an eye out for any sign of future instability so far Etherpad works smoothly, perhaps what I'd like is a more aesthetically modern interface.

**What problems is Etherpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During seminars Etherpad makes easy for me to take and format my notes and share links without leaving the document. The fact that I can tailor each instance to my preferences allows me to prepare the wording of my presentations and technical materials for industry conferences, customizing each document according to the topic or type of analysis.
