No fuss, they work as they should and do not require constant attention as others may. Great data coming from them for my monitor system. **What do you dislike about Dell Ethernet Networking Switches?** I would say the only issue that I might face is that they do not have a super thought out GUI as some other products do, but when it comes to switches the power is not in the GUI. **Recommendations to others considering Dell Ethernet Networking Switches:** As with any switching product if you are not experienced find someone who is and can guide you on the overall design of the solution. Don't just jump in willy nilly and buy a product. We use the Dell EMC N2000 and N3000 Series in network access and distribution scenarios. Both models have 10GbE ports to achieve high network traffic speeds. Some models are PoE that have the technology in which the UTP network cable itself energizes the IP phone and therefore does not need an external power supply. **What do you dislike about Dell Ethernet Networking Switches?** We only had one problem with the ventilation of a Dell EMC N2048P switch, but the problem was resolved quickly by calling the warranty agreement.
