Ethena's trainings are incredibly engaging and the bite-sized nudges allow for us to continue to train our team on important and relevant topics throughout the year. They help keep us up-to-date on all the latest compliance updates, and are quick to adapt their product to meet new legislative needs. Ethena is quickly adding a lot of new functionality (which is great!), but it's not always 100% functional on day 1. For example, Ethena added a great tool for managers to be able to log-in and see how their team is progressing on training, but managers aren't automatically assigned, and this is a manual step we need to take.
