Organising a competition by hand means a lot of paperwork: candidate lists, chest numbers, hand-tallied scores, double-checked results, and printing certificates and ID cards for every participant and winner — work that eats an organiser's time long before the event even starts. eTalenter replaces all of that with one system: create the event, set up age groups and any level of hierarchy your event needs (houses, districts, zones, states, or your own custom tiers), build a competition catalogue with its own rules per item (individual or team, gender, language, time limit, warning bell, maximum score), and open registration — online self-service or added in bulk. Candidates get an automatically generated identity number and a printable, QR-coded chest card. Judges score on an inbuilt scorecard from any phone or tablet, against the criteria you define, and the software handles every bit of tabulation automatically — calculating accurate results and singling out champions, rank-holders and top performers with no manual averaging. A built-in token and projector system runs a live results board for the venue on event day, and dedicated logins let judges, sub-coordinators (scoped to their own unit or chapter), draw masters and a projector operator each do their part. Once results are reviewed, eTalenter publishes them online and to social media, and generates champion, rank and participation certificates and trophy stickers straight from the same contestant data — no separate design tool needed.
