Greenhouse provides few best of the features when it comes to searching any particular candidate's application and filterning multiple applications submitted for a particular Job. **What do you dislike about Greenhouse?** I cannot think of anything which I would dislike in particular, but as in our solution we have integrated Greenhouse through API route, sometimes we face challenges in newly added custom Job application fields in Greenhouse. **What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** With use of Greenhouse <> AEM Integration, there is a thin segregation of roles between marketing and talent aquisition team. Marketing team is able to focus on the overall content of the talent website, where as Talent aquisition team is able to create Job requistions in Greenhouse and mantain applicants data (initial application, interview schedules & results, offer details etc.) in Greenhouse. This model is working well for our organization from last 4+ years. ### 2. Lots of great features including setting follow ups for candidate, intregrates with automations and other applications, and streamlines the hiring process. **What do you dislike about Greenhouse?** Sometimes searching for candidates or tracking data is not 100% accurate, but with the amount of applicant we get in, the issue is minimal. **What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves the problem of double dipping by hiring team for incoming candidates as all the activity feed is located right on the candidate's profile. Ease of collecting information that previously was a mess to organize. ### 3. You can also see who applied through indeed. I use this daily within our comapny. **What do you dislike about Greenhouse?** Sometimes the files do not show up when uploaded. I have to delte the uploaded file ad then reupload it. **What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the integration of new hires and employees. ### 8.
