What do you like best about eSUB?

What do you like best about eSUB?

What I consider characterizes eSub is its ease of use, which contributes to better application performance by not being loaded with complicated elements that hinder my work within the application. Additionally, their support team is quite quick in providing responses, no matter how easy or difficult the solution to the problem is, I can be certain that they will respond in a short period of time and that I won't have to wait weeks or months for a response to my case. Another aspect I really like is the fact that, as it is a new program, they are constantly updating, and each time they add new functionalities that further simplify the tasks I need to perform. Additionally, it has the option to issue control reports, which allows us to successfully visualize the status of a project in development. Another point in its favor is the fact that it is multiplatform, which allows me access from any device I have at my disposal at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eSUB?

What I consider they should fix are the notifications, currently (or at least in my case) no notification worked properly. Another thing that caught my attention was the fact that erroneous records could not be deleted, I don't know what the reason is, but I believe that if I made a mistake in something, I should be able to delete it from the system. What problems is eSUB solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a contractor, I know that keeping projects organized can be somewhat cumbersome, as we usually deal with invoices, purchase orders, budgets, and everything in physical form, which makes it somewhat tedious to file the information. However, with eSub, I have managed to migrate all of this digitally. I no longer have to worry about spending long periods of time searching for the documents I need because I know I have them digitally and can access them at any time. Additionally, its ease of use allowed the rest of my employees to adapt easily to the system, so they are also using it, and now we are all on the same page.
