Having subcontractor software geared for our tasks has improved our industry. One platform for daily reports, field notes, RFI's, Submittals, PO's, CO's & reports for tracking productivity is why we have been impressed with this software. **What do you dislike about eSUB?** Trying to utilize all options in the field is sometimes a trying task with the older generation. The area is where all the information is generated and is critical to receiving the correct data. **What problems is eSUB solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organized Project Documentation is what ESUB has solved for our team and has continued to expand with more features which have increased our ability to track productivity and keep a project organized. ### 2. There are multiple tabs where i can visit different areas of the project to keep track of progress and how the daily activities are going. **What do you dislike about eSUB?** It is another site that i use ontop of multiple other sites. On esub, you are not able to upload drawings for projects and this can be very helpful for guys in the field. **What problems is eSUB solving and how is that benefiting you?** One problem esub is solving is the issue of not knowing what went on during the day at the job site. Esub allows our foreman to input their daily activities into the system so i can keep track of where we are at. ### 3. Able to view anywhere, on your phone/laptop/tablet. **What do you dislike about eSUB?** The phone/tablet app and website could use some improvements. You can do some items on one but not on the other. When creating submittals/RFIs there should be a better template option to have everything already set so you do not have to do it again every time you create a new document. When creating a revision for submittals, the line items should stay so you do not have to reenter them when creating a revision. **What problems is eSUB solving and how is that benefiting you?** Document control for submittals and RFIs. Foremen are able to put in dailies and provide images with them. ### 4. Document storage Cost/Hour tracking **What do you dislike about eSUB?** Field use on the mobile app can be clunky. Material tracking works good for tracking incoming deliveries, but should be able to use for ship to job site as well. **What problems is eSUB solving and how is that benefiting you?** Daily report/time management - keeps this aspect in the hands of the field foreman ### 6. While it is convenient to get information out to the field, there are limitations on editing content **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2023 **What do you like best about eSUB?** It is helpful to be able to get information out to workers in the field. **What do you dislike about eSUB?** 1)Daily Report Job # can't be edited. 2) Can't view subsequent pages of Daily Reports without it refiltering automatically. 3)Employee names are filtered alphabetically by first name - would prefer filtered by last name. 4)Employee numbers are not filtered sequentially, they are filtered by the first digit of multiple digit numbers, making it difficult to search by number. 5)Intermittent issues with job search results. **What problems is eSUB solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to update information as it is likely to change without notice. ### 7.
