EstiMatrx.ai is estimator-led, AI-assisted estimating software built for Division 27, Division 28, structured cabling, low-voltage, security, A/V, data center, and technology infrastructure contractors. The platform helps estimators review bid documents, organize takeoff evidence, identify scope gaps, track assumptions and exclusions, prepare pricing readiness reviews, and strengthen proposal readiness before bid submission. EstiMatrx.ai is designed to support professional estimators, project managers, and contractors who need faster, better-organized bid review without giving up control of the estimating process. Estimator review is required before quantities, pricing, proposals, or final bid decisions are approved.
