EstimateKit is quoting and job software for home service shops: HVAC, plumbing and electrical. A tech builds the quote at the house with good, better and best options. The homeowner picks one and signs on their phone, and the approved quote becomes the job and then the invoice. Everyone in the shop works from the same customers, price book and calendar, for one price. What it does: Good, better and best options on every quote A starter price book for HVAC, plumbing or electrical: parts and flat-rate repairs with their hours, re-priced from your own rate and markup Customer approval and e-signature on their phone, with deposits and partial payments Text the quote from your own phone or email it, with automatic follow-up emails Jobs, a dispatch board with a map, timesheets and purchase orders Invoices customers pay by card online, straight into your own Stripe account Maintenance plans with visit and renewal reminders Equipment records with data-plate photos Quotes built with no cell signal and synced later Owner, office and technician roles One-way sync to QuickBooks Online Who it's for: Residential service, replacement and remodel shops with 1 to 25 people who quote on paper, in spreadsheets or in a generic invoicing app, and owners tired of paying per seat. What it doesn't do yet: No two-way texting service or call tracking, no GPS truck tracking, no tap-to-pay or customer financing, QuickBooks Online only and one way, and 25 people is the cap.
