Estimate Assistant is an AI-powered construction estimating tool built for small and medium-sized contractors who don't have hours to spend on estimates every night after a full day on the job. Describe your project by typing, talking, or uploading a photo of the job — and get a detailed materials list with pricing and quantities across 20 trade and service categories in minutes instead of hours. Add labor, equipment rentals, markup, and tax, then export a clean, professional PDF estimate ready to hand to your client or email on the spot. This isn't enterprise software designed for giant firms with dedicated estimating departments. It's built for the one-person crew, the small team, the contractor who's been pricing jobs on napkins and spreadsheets and knows there has to be a better way. The interface is simple and mobile-friendly — you can build an estimate from the truck between jobs. Built by a family with decades of hands-on construction industry experience. We know estimating is tedious and time-consuming, so we made it faster and better to save you time, energy, and a little bit of sanity.
