Estimancer is AI estimating software for contractors. Describe the job, snap job-site photos, or upload plans, and Estimancer calculates materials and labor and builds a complete, priced estimate for you to review and edit. Prices you save build up your own Cost Book, so future estimates reflect what you actually charge, not a generic average. Send a branded PDF or a share link with built-in e-signature, then track the job with progress billing, change orders, a calendar and client records. Available in English and Spanish.
