Estii is a commercial operating platform for technology services and professional services teams. It helps sales, solutions, delivery, finance and operations teams make better commercial decisions before committing to delivery. Technology service providers use Estii to manage the commercial work behind complex services bids: scope management, service estimation, pricing, margin governance, scheduling, resource planning, revenue forecasting, capacity forecasting, proposals, SOWs and delivery handover. Instead of building every estimate in spreadsheets, teams create structured, reusable estimates from scope, assumptions, effort, roles, rate cards, pricing rules, contingency and approval thresholds. Estii keeps scope, price, margin, schedule and capacity connected in one shared commercial model, so teams can see how changes affect profitability and delivery before a deal is signed. Estii supports fixed-price, time and materials, recurring and managed services deals. It helps teams standardise estimating, protect margins, forecast revenue and capacity from pipeline opportunities, generate commercial proposals and statements of work, and hand delivery the approved model after award. Estii is built for technology service providers, systems integrators, digital agencies, consultancies, managed service providers and professional services organisations that need a more reliable way to estimate services, price complex work, govern margin and plan delivery before committing to the customer.
