**What do you like best about Estated?**

Estated is a valuable data partner to our business. Their team offers great support and doesn't take a one size fits all approach to their customer's success. In addition, the team is open to feedback and supports us with our unique edge cases. We're excited to see the expansion of their product offerings for a long time to come.

**What do you dislike about Estated?**

There has been rare outages in the past but they were quick to restore

**What problems is Estated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are inconsistent data schemas for real estate across many county tax assessors offices. Estated puts that into a standardized json format that is easy for developers to work with.
