**What do you like best about estana?**

I love how it balances a spreadsheet first UI that helps my recruiters, along with several AI features seamlessly woven into the product.

They are relatively new to market, but the product has improved significantly was when we first started, and now my entire team is onboarded and using it daily.

It's where we go first thing in the morning.

**What do you dislike about estana?**

The integrations are not there yet. I've been in touch with their product team, and it seems it's on the horizon. Will update again once they go-live with some core integrations.

**What problems is estana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm seeing estana helping us across two or three main areas:
1) As an agency owner, I've got everything that I need to run my 10+ member team in one single location - clients, jobs, team, reports etc.

2) It's significantly helping my recruiters spend more time with the clients and candidates, as their AI does a lot of heavy lifting.

Together, we seem to be getting more work done with the same number of people.
