eSSMS is a school ERP designed to support the academic, administrative, and operational processes of K–12 schools and preschools. It brings functions such as admission management, student information, timetable planning, attendance, examinations, report cards, fee management, transport, library, hostel, inventory, HR and payroll, and financial accounting into a connected platform. The system also includes parent communication, student and parent portals, online classes, assignment management, visitor management, and automated certificate and ID card generation. For schools following CBSE, ICSE, and state board curricula, the platform supports board-aligned report cards, while its features for the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 include Holistic Progress Cards and APAAR ID management. The system also accommodates preschool-specific requirements, including daily activity logging, photo sharing, and simplified billing. Through centralized student records, administrative workflows, and reporting dashboards, eSSMS enables school management teams to coordinate operations and maintain consistent institutional information. Its integrated approach makes it suitable for individual schools, preschools, and educational groups seeking a unified school management system for academic administration, financial operations, and parent engagement.
