It is very hard to navigate through Availity. I often wonder if large insurance companies speak to the users of this system? As it is NOT user-friendly! The benefit verification system is so vague. We are solving the issue of needing quick information about a patients insurance in order to schedule them. Availity allows us to see if a patient will or will not be covered by their insurnace.
