**What do you like best about Essential Skills?**

Being able to individualize instructions for classes and curriculum is nice to have. This software allows me to do just that. 

**What do you dislike about Essential Skills?**

I wish this program extended through 7-12, instead of K-6. 

**Recommendations to others considering Essential Skills:**

This software will help kids learn at a proper level and ease that they need in order to grow and learn. 

**What problems is Essential Skills solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Essential Skills allows students to learn at their own pace or learn in a way that best suites them. This helps kids and students to learn better and easier. Success rates are better now than without the program.

Despite the internal protests, indiviualization is easily achieved.

**What do you dislike about Essential Skills?**

Can't really think of anything negative.  Perhaps the graphics could be a little more reflective of multicultural students.

**What problems is Essential Skills solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reports are easily created to justify program initiative and the costs involved.
