Essential Heating Services is certificate and record software for UK gas and heating businesses. Engineers can complete 22 record types across natural gas, LPG, unvented hot water and renewable heating, add their own company branding, and produce A4 PDF documents with company-specific record numbers. Saved company and engineer details reduce repeated entry. An independent IGEM/UP/1B calculator is available without an account; a free account lets users save results, and a paid subscription includes PDF/report downloads and certificate tools. The package starts at £24.99 per month or £269.89 per year for up to two engineers, with additional engineer seats available. Paid companies can also connect supported email services to send certificates. Google connection is currently offered with a pending-verification notice. Designed for trade businesses, the service includes public fictional sample certificates so engineers can review document layouts before subscribing. Essential is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IGEM. It does not replace the licensed standard, manufacturer instructions or professional competence.
