Also, it is very user-friendly and it gives users the freedom to customize as they wish. The developer company of the tool is super attentive. As a small non-profit association, digital tools that allow us to efficiently document and record are invaluable. Essential ERM allows us to use our strategic priorities to track, assess and categorize risks. The tool is reliable, easy to navigate, and allows for a variety of filtering options and presentation formats. At this point, the only thing I dislike is not having enough time to devote to the tool. I see its value and usefulness to our association, but often find other tasks and issues take priority. Having the risk heat map in real-time and make it a good tool for decision making. The information displayed by Essential, help us to present to manager and boards some insights to make good decissions for the companies and the strategies. Essential has became one of the most important tools to show the results of the risk managements and its benefits for the company.

The mitigations information may require more data than available. There are some parts of the tools that would make hard to work with it. However its doesnt mater if the information is not complete, Essential works very good.

Very few software integrate the bow tie to visualize your risks. Another great feature is the flow of information between the various tabs and how effectively each risk element is connected. Thus, you have a complete picture of each risk from the linkage to the organization goal to the controls, indicators, and risk appetite.

Another key advantage is the company's responsiveness to your questions and request. They all there to ensure you get the most of the software; they will provide you advice, tips and tricks, listen to your comments, and do their utmost to ensure you get the most out of the application. Functionality is comprehensive, and the software is easy and intuitive to use. Compared to other risk software, very cost competitive without losing any of the essential requirements of a good risk register. Access via cloud can be slow somethimes, especially when sharing screen with others during online workshops or reviews. Availability / selection of downloadable reports could be improved. More options to change heat map format would be useful (e.g. option to change axis titles). Scolling through risks (online) is sometimes slow and after a risk has been opened the screen returns to the top risks by default; this means yuser has to scroll down again to get back to the risk that they were working on. Founded on the BowTie Risk ethodology and reflects ISO 31000. The linkages to the busines srtaegy are brilliant. Key risk indicators and risk appetite are great features. The cloud based platform with risk assesment voting capability makes for a highly collaborative rsik assessment and monitoring end-user expereince. Outstanding platform. We are just at the early stages of implementing Tracker, and so far, our experience has been positive. We wanted to create a structure for our risk management process that engages teams across the organization to integrate risk management into our everyday operations. The ERM team has been accommodating for any questions that we have, and the response time is quick. The system has been relatively user-friendly and is easy to navigate. The bow tie will be helpful for users to think about the entire risk, from its root cause to mitigation strategies.

Cost effective, ease of use tool, that addresses all aspects of Risk Management (strategies, risk appetite and tolerances, KRI, risk categories,risk treatment, etc.) needed for a robust ERM program. I appreciate and value the inclusion bow ties and voting tools, this is rarely found in RM software.

As a consultant, it allows ease of use with clients, and helps to lead them through the risk assessment process. Even more, it facilities a complete picture of organizational risk throughout all levels of an organization.

It is powerful tool during for the implemenation of an ISO standards and other regulatory requirements. Facilities audit trail.

I do not dislike anything, mainly opportunities for future enhancement and ease of use:

- Improvement in the ability to copy and paste the bow-ties, risk-registers, etc. to facilitate including in reports, documents, presentations.

- Not having to go back to the main menu to navigate between the processes.

Essential ERM is very user-friendly and fantastic for managing our Enterprise Risk Management program. We have been using it for about three years to provide ERM updates to our Board of Directors. Furthermore, the Tracker team provides excellent customer service. They listen to your needs and are willing to think outside the box.
