I found their interface intuitive to navigate through. Risks were easy to set up and link with others, creating a principal risk and risk scenario hierarchy. There was no need to build complex procedures and coding. On rare occasions I was stuck, their support team was prompt in solving the issue. Our initial setup should take about a month and we plan to use it once a month post that. **What do you dislike about Essential ERM?** It does not support file uploads. We would like to upload some documents in addition to KRIs and are using Microsoft Sharepoint links as a workaround. **What problems is Essential ERM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need streamlined software that helps us track the essential components of our ERM program while maintaining a simple and easy to use platform. Tracker networks can do all that while staying under our budget. ### 2. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for both beginners and seasoned professionals to navigate, while the wide range of functionalities makes it a powerful asset in managing risks. One of the standout features is its ability to create strong connections between various risk-related objects such as risks, causes, consequences, mitigation strategies, actions, key risk indicators (KRIs), subrisks, and more. This interconnected approach provides a comprehensive view of risk management, which is essential for ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. The implementation process was very quick and easy, almost like setting up a subscription. It required minimal effort to get started, which allowed us to begin using the system right away. I also want to highlight the outstanding support team behind Essential ERM. They respond quickly, offer effective solutions, and provide useful advice. Their proactive and efficient problem-solving has made our experience even more seamless. Overall, Essential ERM is an indispensable tool that combines wide functionality, ease of use, and excellent customer support. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their risk management processes! **What do you dislike about Essential ERM?** One area where Essential ERM could improve is in the availability of dashboards for action plans. While the system does allow for monitoring of action plans, there currently isn’t a dedicated dashboard specifically for this purpose. Having a separate, easily accessible dashboard focused solely on tracking and visualizing the progress of action plans would enhance the user experience and make it easier to stay on top of mitigation efforts. **What problems is Essential ERM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Essential ERM is helping us solve following challenges. First and foremost, we wanted to systemize and optimize our risk management process, and this tool has made that possible by providing a structured approach and clear visibility over all risks and related actions. Additionally, Essential ERM is helping to increasing our organization’s risk management culture and overall involvement. ### 3.
