What do you dislike about eSputnik? The app heavily lags and causes the laptop to overheat after new updates, significantly slowing down the interface. Bugs are systematic. Text blocks often become uneditable without refreshing the page or using an incognito tab. Interface elements change quite frequently—just as you get used to one layout, a new version is rolled out. What problems is eSputnik solving and how is that benefiting you? eSputnik helps us efficiently manage our high-volume email marketing by powering both automated triggers and regular one-off campaigns for millions of users. It handles complex triggered flows like onboarding sequences, payment reminders, personalized movie recommendations, and win-back emails, while also allowing us to quickly segment our audience and send weekly promo digests or major event announcements. It provides an excellent tool to automate the processes concerning our company's digital marketing campaigns, not to mention that the system is provided with a wide variety of templates and resources that facilitate the creation and edition of unpublished and highly creative content for our advertising campaigns. It has a multi-language system for the creation of our advertising campaigns, which allows us to reach a higher level of people, which translates into greater customer acquisition for our business, thus offering the possibility of increasing our income. It does not allow integration with Facebook Ads, which being a tool widely used by people constitutes a high-value tool to generate greater reach in our digital marketing campaign, since it allows the integration of own resources of social networks for the analysis of our potential clients. I like the product card generator, using which I can configure automatic uploading of photos and descriptions of each SKU from site to e-mail template. I also like the fact that the service has a set of images for e-mail, which is provided free of charge. I also like the price, which is lower than the market average. I like the fact that I can use Google Authenticator to access the site. This is important to me because I travel a lot and use public Wi-Fi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about eSputnik? Most of all I do not like the user interface. It's my personal opinion. I find it difficult to use the site because I do not understand the structure of the site. I use pictures GIFs in my mailings. I do not like the fact that in the free stock there are only illustrations and no GIFs. Now on the site a single interface for all types of mailings. Recommendations to others considering eSputnik: I do not like the interface in this SaaS. If you have a small budget for e-mail marketing, this service is suitable. But keep in mind that you have to spend a lot of time to understand the interface. I use this service for Viber mailings. For e-mail newsletters, I use another tool. I like the fact that I can send a newsletter not only by e-mail, but also via Viber. I know which of my clients have Viber installed. I save money when using Viber instead of SMS.
