What do you like best about Espresa?

Great customer service. Reached out to cust serv via email once, and had very prompt response/resolution, great help, and timely follow-up. A lot of services are offered via the platform: from massages to gift cards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Espresa?

Too many useless services, like teeth whitening. Because we can't choose providers for beauty services, such as haircut, so I would never risk going through these services and have a bad haircut. Some services (e.g. massage) are not cheap either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Espresa solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can see how it is a useful platform for HR to consolidate all the company benefits and service offerings. It was easy for us to get important services done (e.g. car washing) without having to leave the company/taking a couple of hours off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
