Esperaly is browser-based queue management for clinics, councils, salons, studios, shops and reception desks. Customers join the line by scanning a QR code or using a tablet kiosk, then keep a live ticket on their phone showing their position and estimated wait. Staff call the next person from a realtime counter screen or a phone, and any browser-capable TV becomes a waiting-room display. There is no proprietary hardware and no app to download. Set up a location in minutes, add services and counters, and pair the tablets and screens you already own. Esperaly also handles booked appointments alongside walk-ins, order pickup without restaurant buzzers, office visitor check-in with host notifications by email or Slack, and class check-in for studios and gyms.
